Shipping policy

Thank you choosing Higher Power! We aim to provide you with seamless shopping experience and to ensure that your orders are delivered to you in a timely manner. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy. 

In Stock orders: Please allow 1-2 weeks for your items to be processed and shipped. 

International orders: Please be aware that we are not responsible for paying any import fees, taxes or duties imposed by your country's customs agency. These fees must be paid by the customer upon delivery. We will not issue refunds for any international orders due to unpaid customs fees. 

Lost Packages : Once your order is in the hands of UPS, DHL, or USPS we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit. However we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier to recover your lost package.
